Christopher George Taylor is the founder and Managing Director of Taylor Made Services UK Ltd, having established the business in 1995 with a team of just six people. Through strong leadership, determination, and a clear vision, he has grown the company into a highly respected workforce provider, at one point supplying around 1,000 personnel per day.
With decades of experience, Christopher has consistently steered the business forward by understanding and responding to the evolving needs of local companies. His strategic approach and hands-on involvement have been key to building long-term client relationships and maintaining high service standards.
Today, Christopher continues to play an active role in the company’s growth and direction, ensuring Taylor Made Services remains reliable, adaptable, and focused on delivering exceptional support to businesses across the UK.

Svetlana Zaslavska joined Taylor Made Services UK Ltd in 2008 and has since become an integral part of the company’s growth and development. Her strong management skills and commitment to excellence have played a key role in supporting the business’s continued success.
Fluent in four languages — Russian, Latvian, English, and Polish — Svetlana brings exceptional communication skills that enable her to work effectively with a diverse workforce and client base. Her strengths in organisation, observation, and analytical thinking ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
With a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to managing office workloads, Svetlana consistently maintains high standards across all areas of the business, making her a valued leader within the organisation.
Zaiga Tapina has been a dedicated member of Taylor Made Services UK Ltd since 2008, progressing through a range of roles to her current position as HR & Payroll Manager.
In her role, Zaiga oversees both the human resources and payroll functions, ensuring full legal compliance and the accurate, timely processing of employee compensation. She is responsible for maintaining efficient payroll operations and ensuring clear and effective communication across the organisation.
Zaiga works closely with managers to identify staffing needs and define job objectives, supporting effective workforce planning. Her responsibilities also include staff management, training and development, coordinating inductions, allocating roles, and conducting site inductions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
In addition, Zaiga plays a key role in developing and implementing company policies, helping to improve operational efficiency and maintain best practice standards across the business.

Lauren joined Taylor Made Services in 2019.
She is responsible for ensuring that payroll processes and communications are managed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the accounts function.

Liubov joined Taylor Made Services in 2022.
She supports the recruitment process by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both clients and applicants.
Her responsibilities also include staff management, training and development, coordinating inductions, allocating roles, and conducting site inductions to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
